The process of moving up to a larger home for our growing family took a while due to a number of factors and considerations, which we discussed with Mike at our initial meeting with him.
Mike showed his professionalism by asking the right questions and taking detailed notes. He helped us learn about choosing a home not only as our permanent family dwelling but also to consider the investment aspect too. He listened intently as we told him what our wants and needs were for our next home. He put absolutely no pressure on us as we went to see numerous properties listed for sale, and we saw a lot of them. Mike always gave us additional information on each home we saw, pointing out the pros and cons so we could make an educated and informed decision based on such factors as price, location, condition of the home, etc. When we finally made the decision to buy, we knew we made the right decision, with the help of a great agent like Mike.
The same goes in the selling of our current home. The Brian Kondo Team’s systems were notable. This is not a comprehensive list but they had a Stager drop by the home for a consultation, which we found very enlightening and helpful. Mike showed us printouts and comparables in order for us to determine the right price to list the home for. Finally, The Brian Kondo Team had a practical and easy to follow set-up for tracking showing requests and the secretary at their office was easily reached for last minute changes and cancellations.
In conclusion, the overall experience working with the Brian Kondo Team was exceptional. We would highly recommend working with their team, especially Mike Koson, in the future as their expertise and experience is second to none."
